Choke plate assembly for 40cc 4-stroke engines. The lever sometimes snaps on them so replacing this will take care of the problem. Just take off your old air cover (usually 2 or 3 phillips screws), then unscrew the two main bolts holding the choke / carb assembly in place, and pull out the old damaged plate.
